Contactless delivery is now available via our shipping partner, DHL. Should you wish to arrange contactless delivery or for your order to be left in a designated safe place, you can update your delivery preferences in the DHL dispatch email that will follow your Olivia von Halle order confirmation email.
We are reviewing all processes daily and if for any reason we, against expectations, are not able to fulfill your order we will notify you by email and you will receive a full refund.
