On the page of the Olivia von Halle product that you wish to personalise, simply click ‘Add Personalisation’. A draw will open up where you can begin choosing text and symbols to add to your item.
Olivia von Halle partners with embroiderers to create traditional hand-stitched texts and symbols that add a finishing touch to our pieces.
Most Olivia von Halle pieces can be personalised with a text and symbols of your choice. Placements vary by product type, which you can review on the product page. Items that can be personalised will have the 'ADD PERSONALISATION' option.
We have a range of complementary colours available to choose from on each product. However, if you have a special request for a colour that isn’t available, please get in touch with us and we would be happy to help.
A maximum of seven characters can be added to most items and five characters for our PureCash collection. However, if you have a special request for additional characters, please get in touch with us and we would be happy to help.
Personalised orders will take approximately five working days plus delivery time which is usually two-five working days. US monogramming orders take up to ten working days plus delivery.
Personalisation is priced per letter/symbol. If you choose one or two characters it costs £35 each. If you choose more than two characters the cost is £30 each (or the equivalent local currency) per character.
Please note that all personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
On the personalisation selector choose your first placement then once you've made your selection click "add a 2nd location". You will then go through the same steps for the 2nd location. Once complete you can preview both locations and confirm.
Yes on the selector click "text + symbol".
Yes but each symbol would need to be in a different location on your item. To add more than 1 symbol in the same location please contact our customer experience team here.

Symbols that are displayed in black on the selector can be changed to the colours available on the select. Symbols that are in colour are fixed to the colour displayed on the selector.
