August 2016 – Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Executive

The Role:

We are seeking to recruit a Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Executive in a newly created role, reflecting the business' rapid global growth.

  • Partner with Head of Marketing, design agency and development agency to manage all aspects of the Ecommerce business including strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other digital marketing, website design, web analytics and web technologies
  • Manage web agency and their development timelines
  • Responsible for seasonal product uploads
  • Manage SEO and PPC campaigns
  • Maintain affiliate programme
  • Analyse campaign performance and develop strategies for growth
  • Track customer journey from customer acquisition to engagement, conversion and customer retention
  • Manage all aspects of web analytics related to Ecommerce and communicate relevant information to team members, manage and executive findings
  • Manage the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development and checkout function
  • Identify new areas of Ecommerce opportunity beyond current organisational thinking
  • Ownership of email database, developing segmentation strategies for customer retention campaigns, sending newsletters

  • Ability to build strong lateral relationships with multiple players
  • Very strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Process-driven mind set
  • Proactively manages workload
  • Possess the willingness to learn, improve and bring change to the role
  • Good problem solver and trouble shooter

  • Enjoy working within a small but dedicated team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Basic HTML skills desired or willing to learn
  • Magento experience a plus

August 2016 – Logistics Coordinator

The Role:

We are seeking to recruit a Logistics Coordinator in a newly created role, reflecting the business' rapid global growth.

  • Work alongside all relevant members of the team to ensure stock is in the right place at the right time
  • Work alongside the Sales Director to manage wholesale orders from market through to delivery and RTVs
  • Work alongside the Head of Customer Experience to process orders and returns placed on the brand's e-commerce site
  • Liaise closely with the warehouse to ensure smooth and seamless operations
  • Manage regular stock checks with warehouse team
  • Regular reporting of stock levels and manage stock allocation
  • Prepare shipping documents
  • Ensure orders are picked and packed according to the compliance guidelines of specific stores
  • Book in deliveries with wholesale accounts

The Candidate:

  • Experience as an Inventory / Stock / Supply Chain Controller, ideally within a distribution or export business would be a plus
  • Ability to build strong lateral relationships with multiple players
  • Very strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Possess the willingness to learn, improve and bring change to the role
  • Process-driven mind set
  • Proactively manages workload
  • Good problem solver and trouble shooter
  • Enjoy working within a small but dedicated team

August 2016 – Studio Intern

Olivia von Halle are always on the look out for hard working, motivated interns. We have two types of internship available in the form of either a minimum two-week placement or up to a year long as part of the Year in Industry programme.

This opportunity would be perfect for someone currently studying for a fashion qualification and looking to learn more about the industry first-hand. You would be joining a small and dedicated team with many opportunities to learn about the inner workings of a luxury brand.

The Role:

  • Caring for the collection and preparing it for sales and press meetings
  • General office admin tasks
  • Ad hoc technical tasks if you are experienced in that area, eg. thread marking, hand sewing etc.
  • Running errands around London
  • Working independently on special projects

  • Confident communicator
  • Good research skills
  • Mac literate
